What do I actually get?
A PDF, delivered instantly by email after checkout. Inside: 16+ bodyweight workouts named for Book of Mormon figures, 10 P-Day challenges, three difficulty levels on every workout, a beginner program laid out by transfers, two advanced tracks, and a Workout Key showing how to do each move.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No gym. No equipment. A few moves (dips, pull-ups, step-ups) can use a sturdy chair, step, or bar, and every one has an alternative where possible.
How long does the program last?
The program is built as a 12-week cycle. When you finish, you start again, and you keep cycling through it for your entire mission. Every time through, you'll be stronger than the last. And it doesn't end when you come home: you can keep using these workouts for the rest of your life.
Is it worth it?
At $24 one-time (tax included), it works out to about $1 for every month of your mission, and you keep the workouts for life. No gym fees, no equipment, no subscription.
How long are the workouts?
Short enough for a mission morning. The Nephi leg series is capped at 30 minutes, and the EMOM rounds run 12 to 25 minutes depending on your level. Most workouts fit in half an hour.
Does it fit mission rules?
It was built around the limited time and space missionaries typically have, with no gym required. Follow your mission's rules and your mission president's direction on exercise. Missionary Muscle is an independent product and makes no claim of Church approval.
I'm a total beginner. Can I do it?
Yes. Start at the Telestial level and follow the beginner program. If you have a health condition, check with a doctor before you begin.
Is it for Sisters too?
Absolutely. Every workout is for Elders and Sisters. Pick your level and go.
How does gifting work?
On the Buy page choose "This is a gift," enter your missionary's name and email, and add a short note. After checkout they get a branded email with your note and their download link, and you get a receipt.
Will it work on a missionary's phone or tablet?
Yes. It's a standard PDF, so it opens on any phone, tablet, or computer with no app to install.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Because it's a digital download delivered instantly, we can't take it back once it's sent. If your download isn't working, we'll always fix that.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
Your purchase will appear as LINK.COM* MISSIONARY M on your card or bank statement. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe.
